When to pause

Gambling is no longer entertainment if you spend more than you planned, hide it from people close to you, feel irritable when you stop, or think about gambling through the day. Pause and speak with an independent support service.

Self-exclusion

If you want to stay away from casino areas, ask hotel staff about voluntary exclusion from the gaming floor during your stay.
